Living among ultramodern skyscrapers, where futuristic architecture blends seamlessly with deeply rooted traditions, offers a unique dynamic. In this environment where Gahwa – an arabic coffee and dates are served with a great respect and cultural rituals intertwine with a globalized lifestyle, I was not only working but also continuously adapting to a setting that demands sensitivity, respect and deep understanding.
My professional journey began in 2012 in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, just a few kilometers from Bahrain. Than I spent nearly five years at the prestigious German Orthopaedic Hospital in Bahrain, where Western medical precision met the high expectations of VIP clientele. Later in 2020 I continued in Riyadh, the capitol of KSA, working with not only distinquished clients, including members of royal family.
My role was not merely about applying physiotherapeutic and training methods but about a much more comprehensive approach to human well-being. I integrated physiotherapy, coaching and emotional psychology techniques to ensure that the transformations my clients sought were not only superficial but had a profound and lasting impact.
A crucial aspect of my work was my ability to adapt to cultural differences. I recognized that understanding and respecting cultural contexts not only enhance communication but also accelerate personal development on a deeper level. Embracing cultural diferences can serve as a catalyst for change. It helps unlock personal potential and allows individuals to find solutions to their challenges in a way that aligns with their values, perspectives and cultural identity.
Throughout my career I also witnessed the immense dedication which local women invest in self-care. Beauty and self-confidence are not just superficial attributes for them but and integral part of their lifestyle and social status. They devote significant resources, time and energy to maintain their appearance, health and overall harmony of body and mind. This approach reflects a deeper perception of female identity which is not just about aesthetic but also about inner peace, strength and self-realization.
This cultural context enabled me to develop individualized strategies for growth and transformation– not only imposed externally but derived from the client´s unique perspective. As a result the outcomes of my work extended beyond short-term improvements, leaving lasting impact on the quality of their lives and their inner balance.
