I am here for healthcare professionals and other helping professions-receptionists, officers, social workers, caregivers, teachers…
If you often feel drained overwhelmed running without power, you are not alone.
Working in helping professions and being in constant contact with people is meaningful, but it also takes a lot of energy.
That´s why is essential to learn techniques that help you effectively replenish your energy and maintain inner balance and peace.
Tip: 3 Simple Steps to Calm and get Energy
1/ 2-Minute Breathing Pause
Take a moment for a mindful deep breath-inhale for a count of six, then exhale slowly for six counts. Close your eyes, focus only on your breath and notice how your body gradually relaxes. This simple practice brings instant relief. Repeat at least five times.
2/ Micro-Movements
If you spend most of your day in one position, try to stretch your body briefly every hour. Turn your head to one side, then to the other, roll your shoulders and wrists a few times and gently rotate your waist. Small movements can instantly improve energy flow and reduce tension.
3/ Inner awareness
During the day at any point ask yourself “Am I doing something that drains my energy right now?”
If your answer is yes, take a short break, close your eyes or shift your focus to unwind.
